3.1 Single Account Policy. You may register only one account on the wo88 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or other identifying information, is strictly prohibited. wo88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, wo88 reserves the right to close all such accounts and to forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. wo88 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as wo88 may request for KYC purposes, which may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality for the relevant account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access your wo88 account. wo88 will treat all transactions executed through your account as authorised by you.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any other person and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
4.2 You must notify wo88 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach relating to your account. wo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 wo88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wo88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 wo88 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings. Once enabled, 2FA is required at every login.
5.1 All deposits at wo88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 wo88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method and account tier. wo88 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.
5.4 wo88 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, processing fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are your own responsibility and are not borne by wo88.
5.5 Deposits that are made in error or in amounts exceeding a player's intended deposit should be reported to wo88 customer support immediately. wo88 will use reasonable endeavours to reverse such deposits but cannot guarantee that reversal will be possible in all circumstances.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. wo88 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the account, or to bank accounts and e-wallets that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. wo88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 wo88 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines stated on the Platform's withdrawal page. Processing times are indicative and may be subject to delays arising from KYC review, banking system constraints, or other factors outside wo88's direct control.
6.4 wo88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests at its discretion, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes. The player agrees to cooperate with such requests in a timely manner.
6.5 Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balance (comprising deposits and eligible winnings after bonus conditions are met) may be withdrawn.
7.1 wo88 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds at wo88 are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
7.3 wo88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including in cases where wo88 suspects that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, by a duplicate account, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
7.4 Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Where contribution rates differ from the standard 100%, this will be specified in the promotion terms. As a general guide, live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots towards wagering requirements — players should check individual promotion terms before playing.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. Unused bonuses that expire prior to the completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.

12.2 wo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your wo88 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
13.1 wo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wo88 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account; (c) a player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or (d) wo88 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Upon closure of an account for cause, wo88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed in the absence of any wrongdoing, the verified account balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 A player may request voluntary closure of their wo88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after closure.
14.1 wo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.

15.3 wo88 operates under applicable international gaming authority oversight. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with wo88, players may have recourse to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with wo88's operating licence.
